Warriewood is a pleasant Sydneys Northern Beaches suburb. Located 22 km north of the Sydney city centre, Warriewood faces the Pacific Ocean and is a popular destination for surfers and holidaymakers. Warriewood lies between Mona Vale to the north and Ingleside to the west and North Narrabeen to the south and extends east to the ocean at Warriewood Beach.
A popular beach for surfers it is patrolled during the summer months, toilets and showers are provided in the surf club at the Southern end. The beach itself is well liked with locals, families, day-trippers, divers and surfers. If you're with littlies, head for the Southern end of the beach, where they can splash around.
Warriewood boasts a great shopping centre, which was renamed "Centro" and a Cinema. Centro has many attractions from stylish cafes and restaurants to over 90 specialist shops. The Warriewood beachfront has become cosmopolitan offering some excellent fine dinning restaurants, coffee shops and retail stores all the shops boast great ocean views.
